As this is an editing rather than a legal writing or research service, although the editing process may include rewriting portions of a document or noting problems with citations, I don't do any original writing or research or give legal advice to laypersons.

All editing is done on electronic files using the MS Word “TrackChanges” tool. This allows the writer to see the editor’s suggested changes and comments and decide what to accept or reject.
CONFIDENTIALITY
All documents will be held in strictest confidence, including both your client’s information and your own information. Although the services I perform are editing rather than practicing law, as an attorney I consider myself bound by the Code of Professional Ethics and will treat your documents with the same highest degree of care as if they were direct client communications to me.
